Group meeting

My group and I have arranged a meeting with our production cast so that we can go through our timeline and initial ideas with them. This will further enable us to be more organised when it comes to shooting our test shoot. This will also provide our cast members with an idea of what will be expected from them and how they will perform.

In this group meeting we will discuss props and costumes with them and figure out what everyone should wear and what everyone would be comfortable wearing. We will further be discussing props and if there are any props any of the members could bring in, which would work well in our set and fit the set. For the instruments we will ask the band members if they would prefer to use their own instruments or for the school provide them. As we have access to both we will ask the members and see what they would prefer.
