Set Design Meeting

Today my group and I had a meeting with the set designer for our music video. In this meeting we discussed our set design ideas and showed the designer both our digital and physical drawings / mood boards. We further discussed what we would need for both our sets and the props in which we could gather as a group. She then told us as a group to have a list completed of all the props in which we will need and where we would source these props from so that it will enable her to find them more easily and so that she can work on it sooner rather than later. 

This set designer stated that our first setup which will take place in the basement will be much longer and will be a much harder set up to create in comparison to our second setup which will take place in a black 'box' with multiple Tv's against the wall.

Therefore we need to work on organising this setup and getting prepared for it, so that we have all the props and equipment needed before it's too late. As a group we will ask our production cast if they have any props they could bring in which will help the setup and help achieve the basement 90s aesthetic and we will also look on Etsy, Amazon and go to charity shops.
